A few months back, I bought my first Golden Goose sneakers (you might remember seeing them in a recent post), and got tons of questions from you guys ever since. So many that I figured I’d dive in and give you a detailed review! Where could someone find Golden Goose sneakers?

How expensive are they?
When I bought my pair in April, I paid $385.43, but their regular price is $513.91.
You can expect to pay between four hundred bucks and $1,700 depending on their uniqueness.
Are they true to size?
They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a European 36.
Since they don’t stretch and half sizes aren’t available, I’d recommend sizing up.
Are they comfortable?
They only needed minimal break-in time..
How durable are they?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they’ve held up beautifully. The laces are intact, and the leather hasn’t stretched. Because they already look worn, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
How do they compare to other sneakers?
These are the best sneakers I own. I wear Vejas and Tretons too, but Golden Goose are just on another level. They have a hidden arch lift that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re handmade in small batches, so each pair is unique. And the shine on mine? Stunning.
Are they worth it?
Totally! Just try not to pay full price. They cost a lot, so getting them on sale is smarter. They’re worth the investment, especially if you find a style that suits you. I went bold with sparkle, but a low-key version would also go with everything.

I’d say they fit true to size, based on my pair. They haven’t stretched much, so if you’re in the middle, I’d go up a size
Is the comfort worth it?
They felt good right away. No-show socks help with the break-in period, especially since they help with airflow. Top-quality leather, so it’s much more easy than breaking in synthetic materials. Plus, they’re already softened so your feet just slide in.
Do they hold up well?
Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they still look great. No glitter has fallen off, and the structure feels strong.
Since the aesthetic is distressed, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
